This ensures Lexa is only used where it's most relevant to your workflows.
3. Use Lexa in Lexzur Modules
Once activated, Lexa can be used across various modules to improve document handling and communication.
In Practice & Contra Modules:
Lexa appears next to rich-text fields such as:
Case or matter descriptions
Important developments
Status or internal notes
You can use Lexa to summarize, translate, or improve the content directly within these fields.
Additionally, Lexa can work at the document level. It will access the list of attached files, allowing you to select a document and ask questions about its content. Lexa will analyze the file and respond to your prompt accordingly.
In Client Portal & Advisor Portal:
Users can translate notes and comments with one click.
Enhances communication and clarity, especially in multi-language environments.
