Lexa is an AI assistant designed to help you easily manage documents at the matter or contract level. Lexa seamlessly integrates with Lexzur’s suite of solutions, eliminating the friction of routine tasks and empowering teams to focus on strategic priorities. From identifying risks and ensuring compliance to analyzing key clauses, translating documents, and summarizing terms, Lexa streamlines workflows and enhances accuracy. Here's how to make the most of Lexa:
Access Lexa in a Matter or Case:
- Navigate to the Practice Module
- Open the Litigation Case or Corporate Matter Page you need.
- Look for Lexa—a purple icon located in the top-left corner near the matter name, and click on it.
- This opens a tailored version of Lexa, aligned to the specific record you’re working on.
- Before submitting any prompt, be sure to select the jurisdiction Lexa should follow—such as the US, UAE, Turkey, France etc... If no jurisdiction is selected, Lexa will apply a general legal framework by default.
Lexa provides Data Insights and Document Analysis sections with ready-made prompts that allow you to quickly:
Summarize Matter, Companies or Persons.
Summarize, analyze, translate documents, etc...
You can also use the search bar at the top to instantly find any prompt or action you need.
Example — Summarizing a Matter
Select the relevant action from the Data Insights section.
Lexa automatically uses the currently opened record ID for the summary.
A clear, bullet-point summary is generated instantly.
Working with Documents
Choose a predefined option such as Summarize the case overview, Identify Key legal and business issues, or Assess Compliance with regulatory standards.
Upload a file or import it directly from the record. Lexa displays all attachments linked to the matter—simply select one from the Attachments tab.
Run the prompt to receive instant results.
- You can continue using different prompts within the same chat, or switch to a New Chat.
Custom Prompts:
- If none of the predefined prompts fit your needs, use the "Ask Lexa" tab to write your custom question.
- You can also add additional files from your computer or the contract itself to support your inquiry.
Lexa can be used also directly at the attachment level to help you analyze attached documents more efficiently.
- Navigate to the Attachments tab of any matter or case.
- Hover over the file you want to analyze and click on the Lexa icon.
- This will open the Lexa AI interface with the selected file preloaded.
- From there, choose a ready-made prompt or enter a custom prompt to ask Lexa specific questions related to the document.
