Lexa seamlessly integrates with Lexzur’s suite of solutions, eliminating the friction of routine tasks and empowering teams to focus on strategic priorities. From identifying risks and ensuring compliance to analyzing key clauses, translating documents, and summarizing terms, Lexa streamlines workflows and enhances accuracy. Here's how to make the most of Lexa:

Using Lexa in Matters and Cases

  • Access Lexa in a Matter or Case:

    • Navigate to the Practice Module

    • Open the Litigation Case or Corporate Matter Page you need.

    • Look for Lexa—a purple icon located in the top-left corner near the matter name, and click on it.

  • View Attachments:

    • Lexa will automatically list all files and folders in the Attachments tab for that matter.

    • Use the "Show Flat option" to display all files in one view, outside of folders.
  • Ask Lexa to Assist:

    • Choose a file from the list to begin.

    • Select from predefined prompts such as: Summarize the case brief, Assess compliance with court rules, Identify legal issues...
    • Lexa will provide answers promptly.

    • Lexa’s answers can be translated into different languages and easily copied for use elsewhere.
  • Custom Prompts:

    • If none of the predefined prompts fit your needs, use the "Ask Lexa" tab to write your custom question.
    • You can also add additional files from your computer or the matter itself to support your inquiry.

Lexa can be used also directly at the attachment level to help you analyze attached documents more efficiently.

  • Navigate to the Attachments tab of any matter or case.

  • Hover over the file you want to analyze and click on the Lexa icon.

  • This will open the Lexa AI interface with the selected file preloaded.
  • From there, choose a ready-made prompt or enter a custom prompt to ask Lexa specific questions related to the document.

Summarizing and Translating Files in 360 Docs

Lexa also supports translation and summarization within the 360 Docs module.

Here’s how it works:

  • From the Attachment tab of the Matter Page

  • Right click on the file
  • Choose the Lexa option and select either Summarize or Translate with AI

  • The document will open in a comparison view:

    • Original document on the left

    • AI-generated output on the right

For Translation:

  • Choose the target language from the dropdown list on the top on the page.

  • Lexa will translate the content and present it on the right.

  • You can download or save the translated file as a new version.

For Summarization:

  • The summarized version will appear on the right side.

  • You can re-summarize, edit the output, or translate it if needed.

  • The final summary can also be saved or downloaded as a separate document.
