Objective:
- Use the Automation Hub to automatically generate documents within matters, cases, and contracts for seamless, accurate, and consistent outputs.
Steps:
Access Automation Hub
Go to System Settings → System Preferences → Automation Hub.
Create or Edit a Rule
You can either edit an existing rule or create a new one.
Choose a trigger such as creating a corporate matter, litigation case, contract, or task.
Set Conditions (Optional)
- Click the “+” icon
Click Add If to define conditions (e.g., matter practice area, contract type, priority).
If no conditions are needed, simply proceed to the next step.
- Add an Action
- Click the “+” icon and choose "Add Then"
Select Generate Document.
Choose a Template
Select the template or document type you want the system to generate automatically.
Save the rule.
Result:
Whenever the defined trigger and conditions occur, the system will automatically generate the selected document and store it under the Attachments tab of the related matter, task, or contract.
