Task Checklist Automation: Users can now automatically apply predefined checklists to tasks based on task type using Automation Hub rules. See detailed guide.
- Restrict Contract Assignment Edits by Permission: The Assign permission now controls all assignment actions across the system, preventing unauthorized users from editing assignees via any method.
- Timeline Court Date Display Option: Users can now view the Stages & Activities timeline based on the External/Court Reference Date when available. See detailed guide.
- Unsaved Changes Warning in Contracts and Matters: Users will now see a browser alert when navigating away from a contract or matter with unsaved changes, preventing data loss.
- Gender Configuration Settings: System administrators can now define, and manage gender options under a new dedicated section in System Settings. See detailed guide.
- Client Portal Template Visibility Enhancement: The "Draft Contract/Document from Template" option is automatically hidden when no templates are made available, ensuring only relevant actions are displayed.
- Improved ID Prefix Configuration: We’ve introduced a confirmation message and an optional checkbox to apply updated prefixes to existing records in Contracts and Matters for better consistency and user control.
