How to Manage Gender Settings in the System

Objectives:

• Manage gender options used across the platform for better user and contact profiling.

Steps:

Access Gender Settings

• Go to System Settings.

• Under the People section, click on Genders.

• Here, you’ll find a list of all existing gender options.

• You can edit or delete any existing entry as needed.

Where Gender Can Be Selected

Gender options configured in the system settings can be applied in the following areas:

• Contacts Module – Persons Page

  • Navigate to the Persons page.

  • Under the Personal Details section, users can select the gender for each contact.

• User Management Page

  • Go to the User Management section.

  • Under Personal Information, the gender of each system user can be specified.

• User Profile Page

  • From a user's Profile Page, the gender can also be updated under the Personal Information section.
