Objectives

Steps

In App4Legal, the admin can add new users. You can do so by going to the Settings icon next to the user avatar on the top right of the main menu.

Fill in the required information for this new user in the new window that appears.  

Information such as the email address, first name, last name, password, and user group must be filled in. 

A password can be generated automatically for you by clicking Generate Password, or it can be manually entered.

Using the user group, you can inherit permissions that have been granted to this group.

You can choose what access you want to grant this user by selecting the access type.


The new user will now be added when you click Save.

Replace user with another

In App4Legal, you can replace one user with another.

You can do so from the Settings icon next to the user avatar on the top right of the page, by heading to the Manage Users.

From the action wheel near to the user that you need to deactivate, click on Activate/Deactivate.

Now you can add a new user to the system.
