Procedure

In App4Legal, you can replace one user with another.

You can do this from the Settings page by heading to the avatar on the top right.

Replacing one user by another can be done from the "Manage Users" under the "Users & Permissions" section. 

From the action wheel near to the user that you need to deactivate, click on Activate/Deactivate.
