Procedure

From the  Board Members tab, you can keep track of the Board of Directors of the Company.

 A new board member can be added through the actions button.



Required fields to be filled in are the member’s name, role, and designation date.

  • Member name: The member name can be a contact or a company.
  • Designation date: This is the designation date of the board member.
  • Role: Choose the role of the board member which is a customizable list.
  • Permanent Representation: Choose if yes , no or not set.
  • Until : date 
  • Comments: Choose a comment.
