Steps
In App4Legal, you can add quick links like Najiz, Ministry of justice, and so on.
You can do this from the Settings icon next to the avatar in the top right of the main menu. From the settings, go to System Settings.
External Links can be added from the "Setup & Configuration" under System Preferences section → Menu External Links tab.
Enter the link title and the link URL and then press on Save.
