• Hide Approval and Rejection Date

Steps

Users now have the option to remove date fields for can manage whether they wish to display or hide the approval and rejection dates in contracts. It is no longer mandatory obligatory to specify show these dates, as they can be hidden and you can adjust this from the contract settings.

To do so, navigate to the system settings = -> Setup & Configuration = -> Contract/ Document Default Values = -> Show Approval & Rejection Dates => Yes. Then click on save.

and set it to "Yes" If you want to show the date or "No" to hide it.

If enabled, when you When you want to approve or reject a contract, the date of approval or rejection date will be showndisplayed accordingly. 

This enables approvers to specify the date along with their comments.

Additionally, the approval/rejection date will be visible to the client portal user once the contract is approved or rejected. Moreover, these settings will also be applied in the client portal. Collaborators will be able to view and specify the approval or rejection date accordingly.
