How to Hide Approval and Rejection Date

• Hide Approval and Rejection Date

Steps

Users now have the option to remove date fields for approval and rejection. It is no longer mandatory to specify dates, as they can be hidden from the settings. To do so, system settings => Setup & Configuration => Contract/ Document Default Values => Show Approval & Rejection Dates => Yes. Then click on save. 

When you want to approve or reject a contract, the approval or rejection date will be shown. 

Additionally, the approval/rejection date will be visible to the client portal user once the contract is approved or rejected.
