- Hide Approval and Rejection Date
Steps
Users now can manage whether they wish to display or hide the approval and rejection dates in contracts. It is no longer obligatory to show these dates, and you can adjust this from the contract settings.
To do so, navigate to the system settings -> Setup & Configuration -> Contract/ Document Default Values -> Show Approval & Rejection Dates and set it to "Yes" If you want to show the date or "No" to hide it.
If enabled, when you approve or reject a contract, the date of approval or rejection will be displayed accordingly.
This enables approvers to specify the date along with their comments.
Moreover, these settings will also be applied in the client portal. Collaborators will be able to view and specify the approval or rejection date accordingly.
