Recall & Reinitiate Signature and Approval Workflows: Users can now recall and reinitiate both Signature and Approval workflows, with the ability to update signees and approvers before restarting the process.
Bilingual ZATCA Invoice Template: A new bilingual invoice template is now supported with ZATCA, automatically displaying primary and secondary language details from the client profile for multilingual invoice generation.
Rich Text Support for Matter Descriptions: The Description field in Matters and Litigation Cases now supports rich text formatting, allowing users to structure content with bold text, lists, and links for improved clarity and readability.
Primary and Secondary Document toggles have been introduced during contract upload, enhancing Smart Upload behavior so Lexa can identify the main document, extract data, and automatically create related entities.
- Users can now Lock Attachments via the Automation Hub including granular attachment permissions, allowing admins to control viewing, downloading, uploading, and deleting attachments based on workflow conditions.
Mandatory Description for Time Entries: A new system setting allows admins to make the Description field mandatory for time entries, ensuring users provide meaningful details when logging time.
- Out of Office Status has been added to the Manage Users grid, allowing admins to easily view each user’s OOF status and return date for better workforce visibility.
