Objectives

• Create draft contracts quickly using file upload
• Skip full form completion during initial drafting
• Collaborate and review contracts within the Review Workspace
• Update contract details later as needed

Steps

Lexzur now allows users to create draft contracts instantly by uploading a file—without completing the full contract form.

This feature enables faster contract creation and supports early-stage collaboration, review, and negotiation.

 Access the Contra Module and Upload Contract

• Open the Contra Module.

• Click Create → Upload Contract/Document.

• Fill in the minimum required details, such as: Document Type
• Upload the contract file.

Create Draft Contract

• Instead of proceeding to the full form, click Create Contract/Document directly.
• There is no need to complete all contract metadata fields at this stage.

This allows you to quickly generate a draft version of the contract using only the uploaded file.

Work in the Review Workspace

Once created:

• The system will open the contract in a new page with a unique ID, just like any standard contract.
• You will be directed to the Review Workspace tab.

In the Review Workspace, you can:

• Review and edit the document
• Collaborate with team members
• Negotiate and amend contract content

Complete Contract Details Later

After drafting and collaboration, you can return to complete additional details such as:

• Assigning the contract to users
• Defining parties involved
• Setting important dates
• Adding other contract metadata
