Objectives

  • Understand where to access the Task History within the system.

  • View all task-related activities, including creation, updates, approvals, and checklist actions.

  • Export the task history to Excel for reporting or analysis.

Steps

The Task History feature allows users to view a complete record of all activities related to a task in one consolidated table. This includes: Task creation details, updates and modifications, checklist actions, approval activities, other task-related changes

All these records are available within the Activity section of the Task page, under the History tab.

Open the Task

  • From the Main Menu, navigate to the Task Module.

  • From the task grid:
    1. Locate the task you want to review.

    2. Click on the task ID to open its Task View Page.

Access the History Section

  • Scroll down to the Activity section at the bottom of the task page.
  • Click the History tab located next to Comments.

The History table will display all recorded actions related to the task.


Filter Task History

To quickly find specific records, you can search or apply filters within the history section.

Examples include filtering by: Task Details, Approval Details, etc..

This allows users to focus on specific types of activity within the task.

Export Task History

If you need to analyze or share the task activity records, click the Export to Excel option within the History section to download the history list in Excel format.

This enables further analysis or reporting outside the system.
