Objectives:
- Enable the Multi-Factor Authentication
Steps:
Admins can enable Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) to add an extra layer of security, helping protect system access and verify user identities.
Steps to Enable MFA:
Open System Settings.
Navigate to Setup & Configuration under System Preferences.
Scroll to the System Values tab.
Locate Allow feature "MFA".
Set the value to Yes and click Save.
What Happens Next:
Once MFA is enabled, users will be required to complete an additional verification step when logging in.
After entering their email and password, they will be prompted to enter a verification code sent to their email to complete the login process.
This ensures enhanced security for all user accounts.
