Objectives:

  • Access the My Dashboard
  • Overview of the Widgets
  • Edit Widgets

Steps:

The My Dashboard is the landing page you see every time you log in to the system. It provides a comprehensive overview of your work, including cases, tasks, meetings, hearings, and more—everything displayed is specific to you as a user.

Accessing the Dashboard

  • You can access the dashboard at any time by clicking the logo at the top-left corner of your screen.

The dashboard includes several widgets and sections:

1. Matters, Cases, and Contracts Assigned to You

This section displays a pie chart showing all corporate matters, litigation cases, and contracts assigned to you, organized by workflow status.

2. Tasks Assigned to You or Requested by You

You will find both pie charts and task lists.

The list can be filtered by date (e.g., Last week, current week, current month) to help you focus on relevant tasks.

3. Daily Widgets

These three widgets are updated every day:

  • My Tasks

  • My Reminders

  • My Meetings for Today

Meetings will appear here once your calendar is synced with the system.

4. Hearings List

This widget lists all hearings assigned to you.
You can filter the list by today, current week, last week, or past hearing pending updates.

5. Financial & Time Tracking Widgets

You will also find:

  • A section showing your recorded expenses

  • Cash accounts available for use

  • A time-tracking graph displaying your time entries for the day, week, or year

6. Matter Containers & Recent Activity

A chart shows matter containers assigned to you.
You’ll also see a list of your recently visited items, acting as a quick-access memory of the latest matters or cases you opened.

Customizing the Dashboard

To customize what you see, click Edit Widget at the top-right of the dashboard,

then check or uncheck the widgets you want to show or hide.
