Access Lexa Analytics Dashboard
Review key widgets that display credit consumption and feature usage.
Steps:
The Lexa Usage Analytics Dashboard allows administrators to monitor AI credit usage and gain clear visibility into Lexa activity across the system.
Accessing the Dashboard
- To open the dashboard, click on your profile photo or avatar at the top-right corner of the screen
- Then select “Lexa Usage Analytics Dashboard.”
Dashboard Overview
Once inside, you’ll find a set of widgets that help you track and analyze Lexa usage, including:
Credit Consumption Summary:
Displays the total number of credits, along with credits used and remaining, presented in a clear pie chart.Usage by Feature:
Shows the percentage of Lexa usage per feature—for example Document Q&A, Chat Q&A, Translation, and more—helping you understand which tools are used most frequently.
Filtering by Date
You can apply a date filter at the top of the dashboard to focus on a specific time period whenever needed.
