Steps
Entities in Lexzur represent independent business units or branches within a firm, each maintaining its own billing transactions. Every entity has a unique Name, Base Currency, and Details, allowing for separate financial and operational management.
Accessing Entity Settings
Open the Billing Module from the main navigation menu.
From the Configuration section, go to the Settings page.
Under the Entities section, click Setup Entities.
Here, you’ll find a list of all existing entities along with their details such as Base Currency, Menu Color, Status, and available actions.
Creating a New Entity
Click Add New Entity at the top right of the page.
Fill in the required details, including the Entity Name, Currency, and other configuration fields.
Editing an Existing Entity
Click the pencil icon next to the entity you wish to edit.
The detailed entity page will open.
You can update fields like: Entity Name, Address, Menu Color, Fiscal Year Starting Month, Tax Number, and other configuration details.
Click Save once the edits are complete.
Activating or Deactivating Entities
To activate an entity, click the green checkmark icon.
To deactivate an entity, click the red icon.
Active entities will appear in the dropdown list at the top right corner of the Billing Module screen, allowing you to quickly switch and navigate between them.
