Choose how and when users are notified.
Set “Notify me before” (e.g., 5 days, 2 weeks, 1 month).
Decide if notifications should appear as in-app pop-ups or emails.
Recurrence (optional): Configure if the reminder should repeat on a specific schedule.
Recipients: Assign who will receive the reminder (e.g., assignee, creator, requestor, or specific users).
Summary: Add a clear description of the reminder’s purpose.
Save the rule once all details are complete.
Result
Once the trigger and conditions are met, the system will automatically generate reminders based on your rule, and notify users accordingly.
