Steps:
The Questionnaires Grid is a new section in the Contra Module that allows you to track, manage, and organize all questionnaires sent to external recipients. From here, you can monitor the status of each form, take follow-up actions, apply filters, and export your data.
Accessing the Questionnaires Grid
Open the Contra Module.
From the Contracts & Documents dropdown menu in the main navigation, select All Questionnaires.
The Questionnaires Grid will open, displaying all questionnaires you have sent.
Understanding the Grid
The grid shows all sent questionnaires along with their details and status:
Sent – Form has been delivered but not yet opened.
Viewed – Recipient has opened the form but not completed it.
Completed – Form has been submitted by the recipient.
Managing Questionnaires
Each questionnaire includes an Actions menu (three dots) next to the ID. From here, you can:
Edit – Open the edit window to change the template, client name, recipient email, or other details. (Available only for Sent or Viewed questionnaires)
Resend – Send the form again to the recipient.
Delete – Remove the questionnaire from the grid.
Filtering and Searching
The grid includes powerful filtering tools to quickly find the questionnaires you need:
Search bar – Enter a client name to locate questionnaires.
Advanced filters – Apply criteria such as:
Client Name
Sent Date
Status (Sent, Viewed, Completed)
Once applied, filters will update the grid instantly.
If you frequently search with the same criteria:
Apply your filters.
Save the filter view.
Access your saved filters anytime from the Filters List located at the top-left of the grid.
You can export your filtered list to Excel for reporting
