Objectives:
Automate Lexa prompts during contract creation
Run predefined or custom prompts for translations, summaries, risk checks, and more.
Steps:
Lexa is integrated with Lexzur’s Automation Hub, enabling you to automatically trigger actions like translations, contract summaries, clause analysis, and compliance checks—right when a contract is created.
To get started:
1. Access the Automation Hub
Go to System Settings
Navigate to Automation Hub under System Preferences
2. Create or Edit an Automation Rule
- Click Add a trigger to set up a new automation or Edit to modify an existing one
Make sure the rule type is set to Contract.
3. Set the Trigger
Choose the trigger “Create/Upload a New Contract/Document”
- You can add conditions using the “If” block—this lets you apply the Lexa action only when specific criteria are met (like contract type, priority, assignee, etc.).
- Example: Trigger Lexa only when Contract Type = NDA or Priority = High
4. Add Lexa Action
Under the trigger, click “Add Then” → “Run Lexa Prompt”
You’ll see:
Predefined Prompts: Summarize Contract, Highlight Key Risks, Check Compliance, Translate Contract, etc.
Custom Prompts: Click “Custom Prompt” to enter your own instructions for Lexa.
5. Save and Activate the Rule
Once set, click Save and enable the automation
Every time a contract is created or uploaded, Lexa automatically processes it
Results
Lexa analyzes the document in the background
Outputs, like summaries, risk highlights, or translations, are automatically saved under the Notes tab of the contract for quick reference
