Steps:

Accessing Configuration Settings:

  • Open the System Settings.

  • Navigate to Manage Boards section, then click on Task Boards

  • From this page, you can create new boards or manage existing ones.

Clicking View will open the selected board in the Agile workspace, allowing you to see it in action and interact with it in real time.

Creating a New Task Board:

  • Click Add New Board.

  • Provide a name for the board (e.g., Task Board, Advisory Tasks, Internal Task ).

  • Add columns to structure the workflow:

    • Column Title: Name each column according to Task status (e.g., New, In Progress, Closed).

    • Linked Workflow Status: Choose one or more statuses from the predefined workflow to associate with the column.

    • Color Code: Assign a color to help visually differentiate each column.

Editing or Deleting Existing Boards:

  • From the configuration page, view a list of all boards.

  • Click Edit to make changes or Delete to remove a board.

Configuring Post Filters for Quick Access:
Post filters allow you to quickly narrow down Task data directly from the board view. To set them up,

  • Go to the Task Board Settings page,
  • Click Edit on the board you want to update,
  • Then navigate to the Post Filters tab.

Click the plus (+) button to add a new filter.

  • Filter Name: Give it a clear, descriptive name to easily identify it later.

  • Filter Field: Choose the field you want to filter by — options include Requested By, Assignee, Assigned Team, and Priority.

Use Case Example: You can create user-specific filters so management can instantly view Tasks assigned to each team member.
  • Operator: Define how the filter works — whether the value equals, contains, or starts with the criteria you specify in the next field.

  • Value: Specify the value based on the selected field.

Click Save to finalize your filter.
You can edit or delete filters anytime using the three-dot menu next to each filter record.
