Objectives
Reorder company page tabs and custom pages.
Show or hide tabs from the company page view.
Organize company tabs based on user preferences for easier navigation.
Steps
Users can rearrange, prioritize, show, or hide tabs on the Company page to customize how company information is displayed.
Access Company Tabs Configuration
Open System Settings.
Navigate to Companies.
Click Tabs Configuration.
This page displays the full list of tabs available on the Company page, including:
System default tabs
Custom pages created by users.
Reorder Company Tabs
You can change the order of tabs to prioritize the information most frequently used.
To reorder a tab:
Click and hold the tab you want to move.
Drag it to the desired position in the list.
Release the tab.
For example, you may want the Attachments tab to appear directly under General Info.
The system automatically saves your changes, and the updated order will apply to all existing company pages.
Show or Hide Tabs
You can control the visibility of tabs depending on whether they are relevant to your workflow.
Next to each tab, you will find an eye icon indicating the tab’s visibility.
Click the eye icon to hide the tab.
When the icon appears crossed, the tab is hidden from the Company page.
This is useful for hiding pages that are not needed in your organization’s workflow.
By configuring Company Tabs, you can organize company information more effectively and tailor the company page layout to match your team’s workflow.
Below is an example of the Company View Page, illustrating where the configured tabs will appear and how they affect the side panel tabs layout.
