Objectives

  • Install Lexzur Word Add-in

Steps

The Lexzur Word Add-in helps you easily create and manage document templates, boosting your productivity and streamlining your workflow.

Step 1: Open Microsoft Word

  • Click on "Add-ins" from the Home menu

Step 2: Access the Add-in Store

  • A pop-up window will appear. Search for Lexzur for Word App  to add it.

  • or Click on "More Add-ins" to browse the full store.

Step 3: Search for Lexzur

  • In the search bar, type "Lexzur for Word App" and click "Add" to install it.

Step 4: Launch the Add-in

  • Once installed, the add-in will appear on the Home tab of the Word editor as a "Contract" button. Clicking it will launch the Lexzur Add-in, allowing you to log in and start using its features.
  • In addition, the add-in includes a separate "Save" function, enabling you to upload documents directly to your Lexzur instance and manage version control seamlessly.

Step 5: Sign In

  • Click Start to launch the Add-in

  • Log in using your Lexzur account credentials to start using the add-in features.

  • The window will display all available menus, including Clauses, Approval Center, Contracts, Variables, and more. Simply select the option you need and proceed as required.
