Objectives
Assign permissions based on user groups
Control access by module and functionality
Steps
In Lexzur, permissions are managed at the user group level, allowing administrators to control what users can access and perform within each module based on their role.
Steps to Configure User Group Permissions
Access System Settings
Navigate to System Settings, then go to Users & Permissions and select User Group Permissions.
Select a User Group and Module
Choose the user group you want to configure (e.g., Users, Administrators, Accountants), then select the relevant module such as Practice, Contra, or Billing.
This allows you to tailor permissions based on both role and module.
Review Available Controls
Each module contains a set of Controls, representing the features available within that module.
For example, selecting Practice will display all Practice-related functionalities.
Configure Permissions
Once a module is selected, the corresponding permissions become visible.Permissions are listed alphabetically for easy navigation.
Click on any section to expand and view its related sub-permissions.
You can also use the search option to quickly locate specific permissions.
