Steps:

Lexa is an AI legal assistant designed to help you easily manage documents at the matter or contract level. Lexa seamlessly integrates with Lexzur’s suite of solutions, eliminating the friction of routine tasks and empowering teams to focus on strategic priorities. From identifying risks and ensuring compliance to analyzing key clauses, translating documents, and summarizing terms, Lexa streamlines workflows and enhances accuracy. Here's how to make the most of Lexa:

Using Lexa in Matters and Cases

  • Access Lexa in a Matter or Case:

    • Navigate to the Core Module

    • Open the Litigation Case Page you need.

    • Look for Lexa—a purple icon located in the top-left corner near the matter name—and click on it.



  • View Attachments:

    • Lexa will automatically list all files and folders in the Attachments tab for that case.

   

    • Use the "Show Flat option" to display all files in one view, outside of folders.

  • Ask Lexa to Assist:

    • Choose a file from the list to begin.

    • Select from predefined prompts such as: Summarize the case brief, Assess compliance with court rules, Identify legal issues...
    • Lexa will provide answers promptly.

    • Lexa’s answers can be translated into different languages and easily copied for use elsewhere.
  • Custom Prompts:

    • If none of the predefined prompts fit your needs, use the "Ask Lexa" tab to write your custom question.
    • You can also add additional files from your computer or the matter itself to support your inquiry.

Using Lexa at the Document Level (360 Docs)

  • Navigate to the Attachments tab of any matter or contract.

  • Hover over the file you want to analyze and click on the Lexa icon.

  • Lexa will open the file, and you can:
    • Select a predefined prompt to start working immediately.
    • Use custom questions tailored to your needs.
