How to Control Advisor Portal Field Permission

• Grant advisors read or write permissions

Steps

Administrators can manage read and write permissions for individual fields in matters, legal cases, and hearings from the Advisor Portal, allowing precise control over access and ensuring the appropriate level of permissions.

To do this, go to System Settings →  Advisor Portal →  Field Permissions.

Here, you can grant permissions for various actions in the Advisor Portal based on matters and hearings, such as important developments, descriptions, dates, stages, judgments, etc.

For each field, you can enable "read-only" or "read and write" permissions. Write permissions allow advisors to edit the selected fields from the Advisor Portal.
