- Grant separate permissions to view and edit matters
Steps
A new enhancement for Matter Permissions introduces separate permissions for view and edit screens. Users can view matter details without having edit permissions.
To configure these permissions:
- Go to System Settings → User Groups Permissions under Users & Permissions
- Choose the desired user group and select the Lexzur Core module.
- Under Matters, you can assign separate permissions for viewing and editing.
Users with view-only permissions will not have access to edit matter details but still can change the matter workflow status and fill in the required fields in the workflow transition window.
