How to manage Contra Privacy

Objectives

• Set contract as private by default
• Set privacy per assigned team
• Set privacy per user group
• Set privacy manually from contract page

Steps

In Lexzur, you have different ways to set and manage the privacy of your contracts.

1. Set contract as private by default

To default the contract privacy inside the system, first, go to System Settings → Setup & Configuration under system preferences

From there, go to Contract/Document Default Values → Private by Default → Yes.

        2. Set contract privacy per assigned team:

To Set the contract privacy per assigned team, go to System Settings → Setup & Configuration under system preferences

From there, go to Contract/Document Default Values → Privacy per Assigned Team→ Yes.

        3. Set contract privacy per User Group:

To Set the contract privacy per user group, go to System Settings → Setup & Configuration under system preferences

From there, go to Contract/Document Default Values → Privacy per User Group→ Add the user group/s from the drop-down menu.

        4. Set privacy manually from inside the contract:

You can set up the privacy of a contract manually by going inside a contract → clicking on the Edit icon

From here, you can change the contract's privacy to private and add the users or the user groups who can check this contract
