  • Manage requests received from the client portal

Steps

Whenever a client portal user requests a matter from the client portal, the legal team will be notified via email.

Also, they will be able to view the request from the matter's grid.

 

All matters requested from the client portal will have a green dash beside them.

When clicking on the Matter ID or name, you'll be redirected to the matter page, where you can check the general information related to the matter.

The legal team can check the requester of the matter and the related company of the requester from the people section.

More than that, when the legal team starts working on the matter, like changing the workflow and adding important development, this data will be reflected inside the client portal.

Also, both the legal team and the requester can communicate using the comments section.
