- Setup Add/Edit/Delete Services Items on Invoices
Steps
You can add or edit services items for invoices from the money Billing module settings. First, go to the Money module on the top of the page, then to the Settings section. Billing → Advanced→ Settings from the navigation menu.
From the Settings page, press on choose the Items hyperlink Services within the Invoices section. This will direct you to the List of Invoice ItemsServices page.
From the List of Invoice Items pageServices page, you can edit or delete an existing item service using the green edit icon or the delete icon in the Actions section.
You also have the option to add a new item service simply by clicking on the Add New Invoice ItemService hyperlink on at the top of the page.
To add a new invoice itemservice, you have to fill in the necessary fields.
There are two mandatory fields:
- Item Service Name: specify the name of the new invoice item service in English, French, or Arabic language (In our example English is the default language, and you can modify it from the Setup and Configuration in the Money Billing settings)
- Related Account: specify the related accountsaccount.
The other fields are optional:
- Nest Item Service Under: specify if this item service is nested under other itemsservices.
- Unit Price
- Tax
- Description: a short hint about the itemservice.
