Procedure

You can add or edit services items for invoices from the money module settings. First go to the Money module on the top of the page, then to the Settings section.

From the Settings page, press on Items hyperlink within the Invoices section. This will directs you to the List of Invoice Items page.

From the List of Invoice Items page you can edit or delete an existing item using the green edit icon or the delete icon in the Actions  section. You also have the option to add new item simply by clicking on the Add New Invoice Item hyperlink on the top of the page.

To add a new invoice item, you have to fill the necessary fields.

There are two mandatory fields:

  1. Item Name: specify the name of the new invoice item in English, French or Arabic language (In our example English is the default language, and you can modify it from the Setup and Configuration in the Money settings)
  2. Related Account: specify the related accounts.

The other fields are optional:

  1. Nest Item Under: specify if this item is nested under other items.
  2. Unit Price
  3. Tax
  4. Description: a short hint about the item.
