Steps
From any email engine, you can save incomplete emails as drafts.
Open the Emails tab in any module (Matter, Case, Invoices, or Contract)
Click to compose a new email. Once you’ve added your content, you’ll have the option to either send or save it as a draft.
Draft emails will then be listed under a new "Drafts" tab, and you can send them anytime by simply clicking "Send."
