How to Generate Reports

Objectives

• Generate reports using the system's predefined reports
• Build your own report
• Extract Information from Modules Grid

Steps

In LEXZUR you can have a 360-degree view of your team’s performance through the reporting module.

Report Module:

• Open the Reports & Dashboards Module from the main menu:

• Go to Reports → All Reports

• The report module has many useful predefined reports that are segregated as per each related module.

• Click on the report you wish to generate. Apply filters and export the report when needed.

• For example, one very important report for legal managers is the hearing roll session per court this report allows legal managers to view the hearing sessions per court in a timely manner, or the Hearing Pending Updates that allow managers to view the list of hearings that are not yet updated.

Other important reports include Time entries KPI, Conflict of interest, SLA reports for matters and contracts, and so on…

Build Your Report: 

User will be able to customize their own reports and select the desired content from the report builder, these reports can be built once and then run at any time.

Reports from the System Grids:

In addition to the predefined reports, the grids in each module enable users to get additional reports.

For example, you can get a report of all Closed corporate matters, Civil Litigation Cases, Approved Contracts, and so on, using the advanced search.

Matter Report Example:

• Open the Core Module

• Go to the Litigation or Corporate Matter list

• You'll find the Export to Excel button on the top right of the page

For Customized Reports

• From the Grid, click to open the filters panel to refine your search by applying filters such as client, assignee, status, and more. 

• You can also customize the displayed columns by selecting the fields you want to show or hide from the Columns option within the grid.

• Once you’ve tailored your view, you can export the results to Excel. There are two export options:
  
  • Export to Excel (All Fields) – Includes all available fields in the report, regardless of your column selections.
  • Export to Excel (Current Fields) – Only exports the fields currently selected in the grid.
