Objectives:
- Enable Rating from the client portal
- Configure notifications
- Monitor feedbacks on dashboards
Steps:
This feature allows your clients or requesters to rate the legal service provided by the legal team and send their feedback. To use this feature, the admin must enable it from the main application.
How to enable it:
- Go to System Settings → Setup & Configuration
- Open the Client Portal tab.
- Scroll within the client portal default settings and enable the option to Allow Clients to Add Ratings.
Configure Notifications
The Client Portal user will receive a confirmation email after submitting their review.
You can configure who should receive notifications upon submitting a review from the legal team by setting the desired email recipients in the notification scheme.
- Go back to the Settings page → Notification scheme
- Under the Client Portal Notification scheme, you'll find the contract and matter rating request.
- Click on "Edit" to add the email addresses to which you wish to send notifications, you can add user emails, clients or external emails.
Once the CP users rate the matter or contract and send feedback, the relevant stakeholders will receive an email notification similar to the one below.
Monitor Feedback:
The legal team can track the feedback from the matter or contract page in the main workspace.
Additionally, dashboards are available to allow the legal department to monitor the quality of service across request types, assignees, and teams.
- Open the Reports module and go to the desired dashboard, such as the Management Dashboard for Matters or Document Dashboard for Contracts
- You will find widgets related to ratings per assignee, assigned team, or request type.
- You can apply filters by date or per type or team from the filter icon at the level of each widget. and do further modifications such as edit and change the chart type.
