Objectives:
- Deactivate a user
- Downgrade the license
Steps:
Access the Manage Users Page: Open the system and navigate to the "Manage Users" page.
- Click on the action wheel next to the user's name and select "Activate/Deactivate."
When deactivating the user, the system will prompt you to decide whether you want to downgrade the license.
This applies exclusively to E-payment users.
Deactivating a user makes the license available, so you can choose whether to remove it.
For Yearly Subscription Users
- Click on "Contact Us" during the process.
- You’ll be redirected to fill out a contact form.
- Submit your message, and the finance team will follow up on your license downgrade request.
For Monthly Subscription Users
- The system will ask if you’d like to keep or remove the license.
- If you choose to remove the license, specify whether it’s for CORE or CONTRA.
A prorated credit for the remaining period will be added to your account.
