Objectives:
- Customize the message and subject for emails send for docuSign signature
Steps:
When a contract is sent for signature, signees will receive an email from DocuSign prompting them to review and sign the document. This email includes a message that can be customized to suit your needs.
To customize the email template:
- Open Lexzur System Settings and navigate to Setup & Configuration.
- Go to the DocuSign Integration tab.
- In this section, you will find options to customize both the email subject and the message body.
The email template you create here will be applied to all emails sent for DocuSign signatures, ensuring a consistent and personalized communication style.
