Feedback & Rating System in the Client Portal


Lexzur now features a rating system to evaluate the legal department’s service quality. Users can rate requests on a scale of 1 to 5 and provide additional free-text feedback. Each Client Portal user can submit one feedback per request, with a 24-hour window to modify it. Upon submission, an email notification is sent to the Client Portal user and the legal team. Ratings are visible in the Matter/Contract section of the Core application. In addition to dashboards to allow the legal department to monitor quality of service across request types, assignees, and teams.

Contra in Advisor Portal

Introducing Contra functionality in Advisor Portal, similar to what’s already available for legal cases. Contra users can now seamlessly outsource their contracts and documents to external advisors. This feature provides flexibility by allowing users to enable or disable the outsourcing option from the settings. Additionally, Contra users can choose to hide or show specific documents with the external advisor and even grant permissions for specific contract fields.

Lexzur now integrates with iManage. Via this integration and upon a creation of a matter in Lexzur, a corresponding matter or documents will automatically be generated in iManage. Users can directly access iManage’s powerful document management features right within our application.

A new feature has been added that allows users to create a new CR request while approving a contract. This CR request will be triggered as a task for the contract requester from the Client Portal. This feature will be enabled and managed from the main system.

Enhanced Change Tracking for Template-Based Contracts

A new feature has been implemented to enable tracking changes in contracts created from templates. The "Track Changes" feature must be activated to allow modifications to the document to be tracked for review. 

Admins can also secure the "Track Changes" feature by locking it with a password, preventing end-users from disabling change tracking and ensuring all edits are recorded. 

By configuring these parameters, admins can control document generation behavior and ensure the integrity and auditability of contract modifications.

Contra users can now select a default digital signature to be used across contracts for signatures directly from the contract default settings. This eliminates the need to manually choose the required workflow in the signature center; instead, the default signature workflow is automatically applied

The Approval Center has been upgraded to include a new Revoke Approval feature, allowing users to cancel their approvals as necessary. Additionally, the option to add approvers will now remain available even after a contract has been fully approved. This enhancement enables users to modify the approval workflow and add new approvers as needed.

Task Management in Lexzur's Client Portal

Lexzur now offers task management capabilities at the client portal level. CP users can create tasks for themselves, other CP users, or assign them to core users for handling. These tasks are tracked and managed from the portal like any other request. Additionally, permissions to change workflow statuses can be managed from the main application. Users can also monitor SLA elapsed time, add attachments, comments, and more to tasks within the portal interface.

When adding a journal with multiple entries, the line being filled will be highlighted for better visibility.
