  • How to Share SLAs with the Client Portal




Objectives:

  • Share Contract SLAs with Client Portal Users

Steps:

Service Level Agreements (SLAs) are now accessible through the Client Portal. Administrators can activate this feature for individual SLAs, allowing clients to view the elapsed time of the SLA within the contract interface of the Client Portal.

To enable this feature:
1. Go to System Settings → SLA Management under Contracts & Documents


2. You can apply this to new or existing SLAs. Add a new SLA or edit an existing one.


3. Under the SLA name, you will find an option to show in the Client Portal.


4. The SLA information will then appear on the contract page in the CP. 

CP users can click to view the SLA elapsed time for a specific contract, including details such as target time, elapsed time, and whether the SLA has been breached or met.
