Objectives:

  • Edit or Reinitiate the signature workflow

Steps:

  • Navigate to the contract you wish to modify.
  • In the Signature Center, find the Recall Signature option near the Edit button.

  • Click on Recall Signature.
  • Specify the reason for recalling the signature. This reason will be tracked in the contract history, indicating why the signature was recalled and reinitiated.

  • After recalling, the status in the Signature Center will change from "Awaiting Signature" to "Recalled".

Next Steps:

Option 1: Edit the Signees

  • Click to open the Edit Signees page.

Here, you can add or remove signees, adjust labels, change the signing order, etc.

Option 2: Reinitiate the Signature

  • Click Reinitiate Signature, similar to the "Send for Signature" button.

This action will start a new signature workflow, opening the contract in the digital signature platform.

  • Specify the signature locations, stamps, initials, and any other required signature items, then send it again to the signees.

This process works with any digital signature platform. In this example, we are using Lexzur Sign.
