Steps
Useful links are external links that can be added to the Lexzur workspace menu, allowing users to access them directly.
By default, depending on the country where the instance is set up, some useful links—like court portals—are already included and ready to use.
To access these links:
1. Click on the More option in the main menu.
2. Select Useful Links to view the list of available links.
Adding New Useful Links:
1. From the More → Useful Links menu, click on Add New Useful Link.
2. You’ll be directed to the settings page for useful links.
3. Click next to Custom Link, give it a Title, enter the URL, and save.
Managing and Editing Links:
To manage or edit existing links, navigate to System Settings → Setup & Configuration
and then go to Menu Useful Links to access and modify the list as needed.
