Steps

Supporting documents are additional files attached to a contract template that provide essential references, guidelines, or supplementary information to ensure completeness and consistency in contract management.

This guide will walk you through enabling and managing supporting documents in contract templates.

1. Access Contract Template Settings

3. Manage Supporting Documents Options

You have three options when configuring supporting documents:

A. Downloadable Supporting Documents

B. Auto-Attach Supporting Documents to Contracts

C. Variable Replacement in Supporting Documents

If Variable Replacement in Supporting Documents is enabled, the Attach Supporting Documents option is also enabled by default and cannot be disabled. This is because supporting documents with variables will be treated as part of the main contract file.
