• Enable Adobe Acrobat Reader

Steps:

Users in Lexzur can choose between Adobe Acrobat Reader or Lexzur Editor to open PDFs. To enable Adobe Acrobat Reader, follow these steps:

• Go to System Settings→ Apps→ Apps & Configurations

• Select 360 Docs Tab: Once in the Apps & Configuration settings, click on the 360 Docs tab to access document-related options.

• Enable Adobe Acrobat Reader: Find the option to enable Adobe Acrobat Reader and switch it to "Yes" to activate it. Then Save.

After enabling, you can use Adobe Acrobat Reader in any Attachments tab. When selecting a PDF file, you'll be given the option to open it using either Adobe Acrobat Reader or Lexzur Editor.
