Accessing AI Tools in Matters and Cases


Translating Text with AI:

To translate text, select Translate with AI from the options under AI Tools.


By default, the system will use the language set for the instance, but you can choose from other supported languages.
Once translated, you can either:
    - Copy the translated text.
    - Replace the current text with the translated version.
  
Summarizing Text with AI

To summarize text, select Summarize with AI in the same way.
A concise version of the selected text will be generated.


 You can then choose to:
    - Copy the summarized text.
    - Replace the original text with the summary.

Using AI in Notes
In Notes, you can also translate text using AI.

The process is similar—select the language you would like to translate to from the top of the notes section then click "Translate with AI" under the note you would like to translate.

You can then change the translation language or hide translation at the note level.

AI in Contra:

The AI tools are also available in Contra at the top of the Description box or within any Notes section, where you can use AI to translate or summarize text.

AI in Lexzur 360 Docs:

In Lexzur 360 Docs, you can apply AI tools at the document level:


To translate a document: click "Translate with AI".


 The document will open in a separate tab, with the translation on the left.
 AI auto-detects the document’s language, and you can choose the target language.
 You can save the translated version to Lexzur as a PDF or Word document, or download it.
  

For summarizing a document: Click "Summarize with AI"

The document will open in comparison mode, displaying the original on one side and the AI-generated summary on the left.

AI in Add-ons (Gmail & Outlook Connect):


AI tools are also integrated into Gmail or Outlook Connect, available within any text box, following the same process as described in the main system.

AI in Advisor Portal and Client Portal:

At the Client Portal and Advisor Portal, AI tools are also available but limited to the notes sections. 

This feature allows advisors or clients to translate your notes into their preferred language, facilitating better understanding and more efficient collaboration.

AI in Lexzur Mobile App

The AI tools are also available in the Lexzur Mobile App, allowing you to use AI for translation and summarization on the go, within any module or text box.

This AI-powered functionality across Lexzur makes managing legal documents more efficient, allowing for seamless translation and simplified summaries at your fingertips.
