Configure Reminder Notifications and Settings

Steps:

To manage reminder settings, navigate to the system settings and access the setup & configuration section.

Within this page, there is a designated tab for reminders.

Here, you can establish default reminder values:

Alert me before: Setting the default alert period. Specify the number of days before the reminder date you wish to receive notifications from the system.

Reminder notification emails are typically received at 17:00 UTC. The system conducts a daily check for reminders and dispatches notifications based on the user's specified configuration (indicating how many days before the reminder date).

Number of reminders in show list: Additionally, you can configure the number of reminders you'd like to view from the reminders tab list in the navigation menu.
