Generate Reports Related to Tasks

Steps

The Reports Module has many useful predefined Reports that are segregated as per each related module.

Open the Reports & Dashboards Module from the main menu:

Go to Reports→ All Reports
All Reports related to Tasks can be found under the same section.

Task Roll Session:

The task roll session report lists all the tasks in the system filtered by the assignee, with all the metadata related to this task such as: Task type, Description, Workflow Status, Matter Name and so on.

You can filter by certain criteria through Advanced Search hyperlink

SLA: Met Vs Breached :

SLA: Met vs Breached report will show the tasks and their SLA with the result of each SLA (met, breached, or in progress). The user should select the workflow and click on search.

SLA Report:

The user should specify the workflow, the status (more than one status can be selected), and the due date. A new SLA report will be created.
