Objectives

• Add user or group rate per hour for Matters/Cases
• Add user or group rate per hour for Clients

Steps

Users can set hourly rates for individual users or groups at both the client and matter levels. 

At the Matter Level:

1. Open the matter page and navigate to the Settings →  User Rate per Hour tab.

2. Click to add a new rate.
3. Specify the entity, the user name or group name, and the rate. This rate will then apply to the specified user or group.

At the Client Level:

1.  Open the client page and navigate to the Settings → User Rater Per Hour tab

2. Add a new user rate by specifying the user name or group name and the rate.

The priority of rates will be determined in the following order: Matter Rate, Client Rate, User Rate, Default Rate per Entity.
