Watchers are client portal users whom requester can share their requests with, which means they will be visible to them from their client portal account.
To share matter or contract request with watchers, open the request page in the client portal
Under the People section, search for watchers and add them.
You can search for watchers using either their Name, username, or emails.
Similarly, the legal team can specify the watchers while sharing a matter/contract with the client portal.
Therefore, from the matter/contract page, choose the "Show in Client Portal" option.
Then you have to specify who requested the matter and add the watcher.
Watchers can therefore access these matters and contracts from their client portal page.
