How to Use OCR in Lexzur

Steps:

OCR (Optical Character Recognition) is a new feature in Lexzur that allows users to scan images and convert them into editable text documents. This powerful tool can transform any image containing text into a Word document, making it easier to manage and edit the content.

How to Use OCR in Lexzur

• Open the Attachments Tab in any Module or IDocs

• Click on the "New" button, and select the "OCR Text Scan" option from the dropdown menu.

• Choose an image file from your computer that you want to scan.

• The OCR feature will scan the selected image and convert its content into a new Word document.
• The newly created document will be added to the same location within Lexzur documents.
